The initial step in our process is what we like to call the dreaming step. This is one of the first things we ask for from you would be if you have any inspirational photos or ideas that you are hoping to have incorporated into your space as well as any pictures of what your space looks like currently. Having these in hand we can start brainstorming ideas of what is possible before we even jump on the phone to discuss.
The next step in our process is what we call a discovery call. During this call we would get more details from you about what you are looking for, budget, timeline, go over what ideas you have brainstormed as well as any ideas we have thought of while reviewing your photos. At the conclusion of this call if everything is lining up for both parties, we would book what we call and On-Site consultation with all decision makers for the project. Typically, the discovery call is about 30 minutes in length.
During the onsite consultation we would get a better feel for the area. We would talk more about your vision for the space as well as what we are envisioning and placement for different elements. If desired, we could also mark out in the yard with paint where different elements could be placed so that you can visually see what things might look like.
We will also take all necessary measurements, pictures, drone images, yard elevations etc. while we are here for the on-site. Typically, the On-Site consultation is about an hour in length.
After the on-site we would come back to our office and begin working on your design using the details discussed during both the discovery call and the on-site visit. Once your design is finished, we would then jump on a zoom call or in person visit whichever is more convenient for you guys to go over the design and discuss any changes that you would want to make to the design.
